The Health and Art (HEART) group, is behind all this. The HEART is a charity group with only one goal: “to maintain and improve the mental health of sick kids, all over the world”. HEART relies on nothing but fundraising ceremonies, charity events, and local support to be able to organize the IFPPP and a variety of other successful events to “Bringing Smile to A Beating Heart”. Besides the IFPPP, HEART is busy throughout the year with the Football Mini World Cup, Book and Toys Sharing Campaigns, and Charity Exhibitions

The 5th IFPPP was inaugurated alongside the USERN Congress and Prize Festival, just like the last four ceremonies did since 2016. It wasn’t the first time for Semmelweis University and Avicenna International College to host the event, as the IFPPP returned to Budapest for the second time since the second IFPPP back in 2016, followed by Ukraine and Italy in 2017 and 2018. The competition however did not get easier than the last time in Budapest as more than 1000 paintings fought for 3 top places in 4 age groups.
the 4th IFPPP festival in Reggio Calabria, Italy was held with 250 selected artworks, out of more than 1000 paintings was presented at the Materno Infantil Hospital of Vall d’Hebron Barcelona Hospital Campus with collaboration of more than 26 cities.
The third painting festival was looked forward even more, while for the first time over 1400 artworks had taken part in the huge international art event, and the local executives had planned for a two round voting system for paintings of 20 different nations to one destination, Tehran Children’s Medical Center.
The Semmelweis university of Hungary had afforded the venue and prices over sea’s for the final ceremony in Budapest. Nima Rezaei believed, that making this event such big and public and indeed international one, is for everyone to believe that children mental health suffers as much as the body suffers, during an illness, short or long. The art gallery of the 2nd IFPPP was formally exhibited in Tehran as one of the 40 exhibit centers, in the world’s children week, September 2016.
More than 900 artwork were received and 200 paintings were chosen for exhibition on the final week of the festival. Children and teenagers under 18 who were hospitalized at least once were supposed to send their painting to the end of August 23rd, 2015 (Doctor’s day). This festival was honored by the support of more than 60 medical centers, drug companies, children’s health and art organizations including the IPOPI organization, the PROJECT and the Child Foundation.
Now, we would like to invite all children and adolescents with the age of fewer than 18 years old, who were admitted to a hospital during their life, to the 11th festival.
